My partner and I had to replace our entire roof from old cement tiles (that leaked) to a tin roof. Shannon (accounts project manager), Irene and Adrian's install team - where excellent. Shannon is extremely prompt and has amazing communication. We always felt supported and in the know. I never write reviews but they have annoyed me so much I need to. I rang to get a roof inspection on the 4/11. They made a time to come out on the 10/11 at 130pm. At 930 that day I received a text that they would not be able to make it and said they will be out on the 12/11. At least they gave me a few hours notice and I understand things happen. They did come on the 12/11 and stated all this work that needs doing and that they would send me a quote. I have since followed them up twice to get said quote with no action. The l... read more

We had a very positive experience with Resi Roofing. Irene was my main point of contact. She was extremely thorough in evaluating our roofing needs and patiently explained options to me. I trusted her opinion and expertise on products to suit our needs, without over selling. The estimate and subsequent work were timely and there were no surprises. I would certainly recommend this company.
