We had Adrian and his team erect a pregola for us. Happy team Friendly efficient service, good communication from initial contact to completion of the job. Supplies were delivered when advised they would be. Workmen on site on the days organised with us. The site was left clean and tidy , no mess for us to dispose of. We’ve just had Resi Metal Roofing replace our roof. The process has been marred by absolute abysmal incompetence and rudeness on the part of Resi Metal Roofing and as a result has been extremely frustrating! With only two minor variations, some asbestos removal and some substructure rectifications, speedily carried out by other contractors, what should have been a simple roof replacement has taken 6 months. It was a pleasure to have Haydon and his team replace my old Wunderlich tile roof with a beautiful new colorbond one. It is a large house with many tricky areas - a chimney, satellite dish and skylights. The whole project was well managed and there was always great communication from the office staff. I’m really happy with the outcome.
I called Resi after a potential leak was found in a standard presale building and pest inspection. They came out within days to do a report and quote in order for me to finalise settlement.
