Beautiful location, sublime food and amazing service!
Booked a stay a few weeks in advance. Called up 6 days beforehand to change the date of stay due to family emergency and was told by staff member at the time no problem they will change it for us the next day. Was then told the next day they have to sell our booking in order to exchange the dates and if they couldnt we would lose our money. Spoke to the manager and was basically told we should of looked at the Terms and Conditions on their website or the email (that never arrived). One waiter for 25 and one barista at 830 on Sunday morning breakfast. Employ more staff please.
Lovely setting and most staff really nice! Was asked to move my table so another could be moved while I was eating the main course! Sat at another empty table for five minutes just to take in the view and was reprimanded by a waitress The table had not been cleaned so I didn’t see the issue . Was offered a coffee to go on leaving but felt the older waitress could have had better attitude. Did go back again with my sister and all was lovely so am glad I didn’t let first experience deter me
A beautiful spot to be. I wasn't very happy with the service but everyone has a bad day and I'm sure when I go back that the staff will be happier.
Burnt chips hard bread cold coffee rude service and didn't even offer a kids menu too much salt on the chips I complained about it and the manager said I put the salt on which I didn't my daughter even had a knife fall down her back so annoyed that was my mothers day today
Where do I start? As I am a mother and it's mothers day I really wanted to enjoy a pleasant time with my own mum and sister who also has a daughter like myself. What we experienced was not pleasant at all! We were not given a waitress and to be served we had to stop a waitress to order. I ordered myself a chai latte and the duck on the menu, what I received was a very cold coffee and the duck I thought I ordered actually came out as 2 little triangle pieces of what looked like dog food and tasted horrible.
